1. Service Agreement

By engaging with ART-MOVING, STORAGE & DELIVERY SERVICES INC., you're agreeing to our comprehensive logistics protocols. Why would you settle for less than complete transparency in your supply chain?

We facilitate transportation logistics through a network of vetted carriers. Our role is to ensure that your freight processing remains seamless from point A to point B without the usual industry headaches.

2. Cargo Liability & Claims

Liability isn't just a legal term; it's our promise of accountability. Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 15 days of delivery. No exceptions.

We adhere to standard industry limitations on liability unless additional valuation is declared and paid for prior to dispatch. Standard limits are typically calculated at $0.50 per pound for general freight.

3. Payment & Billing

Invoices are due upon receipt unless prior credit arrangements exist. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month. Don't let unpaid balances slow down your next shipment.
